In 2014 I attempted to walk the John Muir Trail (JMT). I walked for approximately 50 miles before I decided to bail out. The reasons for the failure generally stem back to my fitness and weight at that time. I was slow, over heating and unsure of going deeper into the wilderness.
Only a few months between blog posts is an improvement! The good news is that the weight loss is in progress, over 2 stone in weight. My youtube channel now has logos, this site has Kit lists and a countries visited map. The bad news is that it took a while to get that done. It will get better!
